Cassandra has worked in the optimization field for many years. She has worked as project manager for RPWebworks, a manager of World Web Master; and in January 2003, she bought StAugustineBeach.Net, the Guide to St. Augustine Beach. Cassandra has taught such subjects as web design, Internet Advertising and SEO at First Coast Technical Institute, the Flagler Palm Coast Computer Club and private seminars. As well as running World Web Master she is affiliated with Atlas Design Solutions as the business development coordinator and the representative to the Flagler Chamber of Commerce.

BILL LOUGHLIN
Web Site Development

Bill Loughlin is an experienced web site designer and graphic artist. Before coming to World Web Master, Bill was a web designer for RPWebworks and Standard Printing as well as a freelance photographer and designer. Bill specializes in XHTML, CSS, PHP, Flash and photo manipulation and optimization.

World Web Master partners with Atlas Design Solutions for web design in St. Augustine, Florida and GWANDA for networking design and administration.
